Method

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan and sauté bell peppers, onion and garlic for 10-12 minutes until they are soft.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
  4. Season with salt and mix in chilli powder to taste.
  5. Continue cooking gently for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Gently mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
  7. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
