1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta as per packet directions.
  2. Firstly place the cockles in a large dish and cover with water, drain and repeat several times to wash out any excess sand.
  3. Heat a pan on medium/high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Next add cockles, mussels and toss through pan, add garlic and chili, cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add calamari and shrimp and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
  6. Add fish stock and thinly sliced fennel, cover pan with lid and turn down heat to low. Cook for a further 3 minutes or until all mussels and cockles have opened.
  7. Strain pasta and add into pan and mix together. Finish with parsley and serve immediately.
  8. Serve and enjoy wit family and friends!
