1. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in large saucepan, then add bacon and bell pepper and stir fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, stock and paste. Cover, reduce heat, then cook for 4-5 minutes until tomatoes soften.
  4. Stir cream into sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  5. Gently toss drained pasta and parsley through the sauce.
