1. Cook the pasta as per packet instructions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Heat oil in large frying pan and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  3. Add tomatoes, basil, pepper and salt. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add cooked pasta and chicken stock. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve with parmesan cheese.
