1. Cook pasta according to packet directions, drain.
  2. Place olive oil, garlic cloves, walnuts and parsley in a small pan.
  3. Cook over a low heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and stir through.
  4. Pour sauce over pasta, then toss through the parmesan cheese, extra freshly chopped parsley, extra walnuts & freshly ground black pepper.
