Gluten Free Penne Salad with Tuna and Red Onion

San Remo Gluten Free Penne 8.8oz

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 oz tuna, drained
3 medium, ripe tomatoes, diced
¬Ĺ medium red onion, finely sliced
2 tablespoons pine nuts (optional)
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
1 cup fresh basil leaves to garnish

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.
  2. Place in a bowl with all other ingredients. Toss well to coat all the pasta.
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste
  4. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
